Contrast Therapy
-
The key to cold plunging is focusing on your breath. As you enter the cold water, direct your attention to taking 10-20 slow and controlled breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your abdomen to expand, and then exhale gently through your mouth. This rhythmic breathing helps calm your mind and body, promoting a sense of relaxation amid the shock of cold.
Instead of fixating on how long you stay in the plunge, prioritize your breathing and attune yourself to what your body is telling you. Listen for signs of discomfort or readiness to exit, and trust your instincts. By concentrating on your breath and tuning into your body, you can enhance the cold plunging experience and reap its benefits more effectively.
-
The frequency will depend upon your own individual health and wellness goals.

We recommend 4×20min sauna sessions each week per published medical studies for maximum benefit.

Use Protective Eyewear: If undergoing red light therapy near the face or eyes, consider using protective eyewear designed to filter out certain wavelengths.
Limit Exposure: Follow the recommended exposure times to prevent any strain or discomfort.
Consult Professionals: If you have existing eye conditions or concerns, consult an eye care professional before starting treatment.
In conclusion, while red light therapy is not inherently bad for the eyes, caution and proper practices should always be observed to ensure safety and effectiveness.
